Pepperoni Pizza Biscuit Bombs

Ingredients
1 can Pillsbury Grands Flaky Layers biscuits (8 biscuits)
1 cup Ragu Pizza Sauce
2 cups Kraft shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pack Hormel pepperoni slices
2–3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or chopped parsley)
2 tbsp Kraft grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Separate the biscuits and gently flatten each one into a 4–5 inch circle.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center of each biscuit.
- Add 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a generous tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Carefully pull the edges of the biscuit dough up around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Roll gently into a smooth ball.
- Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the tops of each biscuit bomb with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the biscuit bombs are puffed and deep golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
